Where can I buy trouvée products?

Our pre-loved and carefully hand-picked items are available both online and in-store.

Are trouvée products authentic?

Absolutely. In accordance with the Trade Marks Act 2002 and Copyright Act 1994, it's illegal to sell counterfeit goods in New Zealand. All our products are genuine and original.

Return/Refund

I've received a faulty product.

We take pride in the quality of our garments. However if you have purchased an item from trouvée and believe it to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

You can either visit our Return Form page or bring the item in-store where our team will happily assess it with you. If the item is found to be faulty, a refund will be available.

I’ve changed my mind about a product—can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, under the Consumer Guarantees Act, a change of mind does not qualify for a refund. However, you're always welcome to visit our store and carefully browse our items before making a purchase. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Can I return an item by courier for a refund?

If the item is eligible for a refund, we will guide you through the return process.

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service so you can monitor the progress of your return. trouvée is not liable for any returns lost in transit if they are not sent via a tracked service.

Note: Any items returned without prior consultation will be rejected.

What do I need to return my item?

You can return items with your receipt, which we have emailed to you as proof of purchase.

All returned items must have the garment tags still attached, be unworn, and in the same condition as when purchased. We will refuse returns of items that do not meet these conditions.

You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to return items. For further information, please refer to our returns policy.

Can I return a final sale item?

Final sale items are considered final purchases and are not eligible for return or exchange, either in-store or online, unless the product is faulty.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery generally takes:

• 1–3 days (North Island)

• 3–5 days (South Island)

Rural deliveries may take a bit longer.
